It probably was not the best planned promotion considering the deal was free, we are in a recession and you have Oprah promoting it. I understand KFC is now offering rainchecks for unredeemed coupons (I have two pinned to my cube at work). All in all I preferred KFC’s method of promotion over…say…Burger King’s square pants commercial which was a total FAIL.
I have only heard one comment about the actual grilled chicken from a co-worker that was able to redeem the coupon successfully. “Looks a lot smaller without the batter” is what she said.
